I have an ALDI SUISSE MOBILE prepaid SIM card. How can I switch to a subscription?

You order your new subscription using the online ordering process. The ID check needs to be performed because we are newly recording your data in our system. If you still have any remaining credit on your prepaid card, please contact our Customer Service team.

Why do I have to provide my credit card or TWINT details when I place my order?

With ALDI SUISSE MOBILE, you automatically pay your monthly bill using your registered payment method (credit card or TWINT). Payment on receipt of a bill is not possible.

When will I receive my SIM card?

Your SIM card will be sent out immediately after you place the order. It usually takes about two to five days for the letter to reach you. Please note that your SIM card will only be activated after a successful ID check.

Where can I view my bill?

You can view your bills in your account under «My Bills». In addition, you’ll be notified about new bills by e-mail on a monthly basis.

What do I need to do if the payment of my monthly bill has failed?

After being notified that the payment has failed, you have three days to update your payment method in your account. After three days, we will try to collect the amount again. If the payment fails again, your service will be interrupted, and you will need to contact Customer Service.
